Prof sets the Company’s long-term goals and objectives and develops plans to achieve them. The CEO ensures the financial health of the company for all shareholders by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. He monitors financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

She oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. She ensures all processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives. She oversees all operational activities, warehousing, logistics, distribution, inventory management, and supply chain operations and guarantees high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. She Prepares and presents regular reports on operational performance to the Managing Director.
